I haven't yet received an invoice from my supplier

Check whether this supplier is one of the billers that send invoices via the app. If so, check that the email address and telephone number linked to your Payconiq account are identical to those known by your supplier. You can adapt your information in the app:

  • At the top left of the home screen, navigate to the app’s menu and tap on ‘Settings’.
  • Check your e-mail address and phone number.
  • Click on your e-mail address or phone number to change them. After changing your details, you will need to validate them again.
