The amount shown is € 0, but I still have meal vouchers on my Pluxee card.
This can happen if you do not have a Pluxee account. To resolve the problem:
Remove your Pluxee card from the Payconiq by Bancontact app via the Wallet icon on your home screen. Tap your Pluxee Card. Then choose 'Remove the card'.
Then, create a Pluxee account via the Pluxee website.
Go back to your Payconiq by Bancontact app and add your Pluxee Card again via the Wallet.
