My payment to a contact is refused by the bank

If you receive a message saying that the payment was refused by the bank, there may be several reasons.

It’s possible that your contact has a bank card saved in the app that is no longer valid. This often happens with cards whose number starts with 6703.

What can you do?
We recommend informing your contact and asking them to check or update their bank card in the app.
